A LINE IN THE SAND

Bottom Line: Truth will soon be decided for us.

http://www.nbcnews.com/tech/tech-news/facebook-google-crack-down-fake-news-advertising-n684101

I wonder who gets to decide on what news is considered fake.

Will we set up a system of government to decide, then use said system to also validate history books? If you dig deep enough, willfully, every story is true; and false; depending on what your desire was going into it.

Reality isn't as objective as we think it is. There are some basics, but only because we've agreed upon them. Just because a lot of people believe in it, doesn't make it true. Or does it? If you can admit to yourself the disbelief of any possible miracle, then yes, reality is purely objective. Yet the reality is that each and everyone of us have experienced something in life that is absolutely unexplainable. Not to mention the accounts of different individuals over the same event never match up 100%.

Admittedly, there are people out there writing what they believe to be false and portraying it as fact for others to believe in. It would take their admission of guilt to confirm they actually didn't believe in what they were writing. People have the potential to believe anything, especially the pathological liars who write the said 'fake news'.

I personally don't believe in copywrites or patents. Information should be free. Our thoughts themselves are not even our own, but floating around waiting for us to receive them.

We choose to dwell on ideas. We choose to believe in the things we believe in, even if they're false to others.

So, if major social networking providers are choosing for us what is true, they're limiting our social environment and our choices. Is it a good thing? Sure, if there's a legitimate system of checks and balances that look out for our well being; but not if they're getting paid a lot of money to portray propaganda as truth.

If things are beginning to change to include certification of truth, then we're really headed down a dark road. It's enough we're indoctrinated through our educational sources, now it'll pure and obvious indoctrination of social media. (Not to say it wasn't happening before.)

It really doesn't matter what Google and Facebook decide to do with they're polices. Whoever can financially benefit from Adsense is up to them regardless. It's their company.

It's just important to acknowledge what it all actually means. Like when the World Trade Towers were attacked and that led to the Patriot Act. It introduced a system in which peoples rights could be taken away; which is a way worse scenario than this, just similar.

13 and 0

This blog was started to promote a particular work.

Since its conception 2 weeks ago there gave been 400 views, zero subscribers, and a redirect of a total of 30 pageviews for the book campaign.

Two weeks of my daily harassment, and only 30 clicks on the book. Only a small percentage of that 30 actually nominated the work for publication. That's not going to cut it.

Thanks to everyone who actually kept reading.

If you really care to help out, share the link to the book campaign on all of your facebook walls and create an email list, instagram the book cover and add the link to the description. Etc.

Do what you can, please.

There are only 16 days left in the campaign.

You can read more about Randall Thomas in The Model Citizen, and its sequel, Model City Stories.

I'll be sure to keep Randall's rants alive when the actual rants come to me. The daily nonsense isnt worth it. From now in it'll be quality over quantity.

So, please subscribe and share.

Be sure to nominate The Model Citizen for publication.
Model City had once thrived, owing its glory to the success of the Love Canal and the genius of Nikola Tesla. Now, it suffers from economic collapse. In a city laden with crime, wanton heroes emerge. A mysterious character begins to lead the blind, and a mountain of conspiracy clouds the minds of the righteous.
Burdened by conjecture and stricken with grief, William Howell somehow manages to climb the corporate ladder. The Model Citizen newspaper represents to him the true word of the people. It is up to him to determine its quality.

The Pathological Argument

I can’t stand people that walk away from an argument when they know they’re wrong. They only do it because they’re offended by the other person’s attempts to correct them. They say their peace and turn a blind eye to their faults.

They can’t handle the truth.

If you are offended by something, ANYTHING,  it is only because you have decided not to learn the lessons you ought to from it, and in doing so, you have doomed yourself to addressing this same thing over and over until you come to embrace it for the good it has.

You can’t run from your problems.

Instead of blaming others and scapegoating your problems, trace back the errors until you find the root fault in your own judgment.

Maybe it’s just left brain dominance; heir to the throne of logical positivism. If your logic has hit a brick wall and forces you to disagree with someone, stop. Put yourself in their shoes. Identify. See the jackass you are to them.

Accept what you have previously laid blame upon as a display of truth in recognition to this error of judgment.

Instead of deeming the situation as detrimental, accept it as a lesson and learn from it.

A History Lesson and A Lesson on History

The histories of this world as we know it are probably not the true histories of this world at all. What we learned about our world in school is all hearsay, written by the victors of war, and rewritten by elitests before it was common for everyone to read.

I'll tell you just one story as to why.

It starts with the Inquisition movement that plagued the Dark Ages. It allegedly lasted from the 12th to the the 16th century. Several institutions of the Roman Catholic Church were on a quest to destroy all heresy. This resulted in the confiscation and
destruction of most all of public knowledge, not to mention the countless deaths that resulted in anyone that stood up against their imperial dogma. During this time it was a crime for anyone to have a copy of a Bible in their home. People were ordered to hand such works in to a bishop. Bibles that were unfit in the eyes of the Church were also thrown upon the cinder.

Near the end of this period the Church held many gatherings in which they redefined heresies and issued more orders of condemnations on anything that did not meet their definitions of scripture, tradition, sin, justification, sacraments, the Eucharist and the veneration of saints. These meetings were known as the Council of Trent. The church was facing their biggest opposition yet, the protestant reformation. Discipline was being demanded; as the Church saw it, their interpretation of the Bible was final.

During this time of such uncertainty one can only imagine what it was like to be alive. If you weren't adamantly part of a reformation you didn't know much of anything. The minds of the general public were tossed salad, and for the most part an empty slate. Not much different from any other era; yet the conditions were perfect to spark an intellectual reform from almost any source. The sheeple were without infallible shepherds.

In the Czech Republic in the late 1500's and early 1600's convened a group of think tanks that would change the world forever. The city of Prague gathered members of a secret order called Rosicrucians. The ideas brought forth from their secret councils promoted the idea of a "Universal Reformation of Mankind." It was a novel idea and not the only one of its kind, especially at this day in age. The only difference the Rosicrucians made from any one else is that they succeeded.

At this time the inhabitants of the city of Prague were mostly Jews. Although, this "Jew" or "Hebrew" classification of peoples as a race should not exist. I'm speaking specifically of the Ashkenazi Jews, the thirteenth tribe of Israel; descendants of Magog and rulers of ancient Babylon. Pick up any Torah and it'll inform you more about how over 90% of the known Hebrews today arent the same folk in the old testament, but converts that just wanted to play the 'jew card'. Research the Khazarian Empire, then ask your history professor why he never brought it up.

Possible members of who could have been in attendance at the Rosicrucian's reformation meetings could include all of the famous people living in the city at that time. This included astronomers Tycho Brahe and Johann Kepler, and the alchemists Edward Kelley and John Dee.

Further evidence has proven that Edward Kelley, John Dee, and a man by the name of Francis Garland were members of sub-orders of the Rosicrucians called the Order of the Rose Garlands (this was the missing link that allowed me to tie the knot of this story). They called themselves the Garland Brothers and worked exclusively under the Queen's rule.

John Dee, the alchemist, was knighted by the queen of England and kept regular communication with her of all the secret meetings in Prague, in letters he signed 001. The numeral one was signed in a way to look like a seven. This of course was the origin story that inspired James Bond. John Dee also went by a number of different names, aside from his Garland identity he also required other names, since it was rumored that he found a way to live forever. One of these names was used in another famous fictional tale, Harry Potter. He was portrayed in the story as Nicolas Flamel.

Little known to the rest of the world, the man whose alias was Francis Garland also had another alias, William Shakespeare.

It's not a funny coincidence that these popular stories were spawned from this particular reformation. Most everything discussed in these meetings were subtle ways to influence the masses, primarily through religion and entertainment. Care was taken to design not only the way stories were told, but also specific designs of theatres to maximise the influence of the work.

I'm not kidding. Dee and Kelly believe they were in contact with angels and that all the information they obtained was of divine influence. The Enochian language is thanks to the insane rituals these two performed.

The Rosicrucians had their hand in the Roman Catholic Church, Freemasonry, and several other orders.

Amongst the players in attendance at these reformation councils all basis of knowledge that we take for granted today reflect an origin in their opinionated teachings. Please, feel free to research these individuals, their peers and other orders involved, for their attributions. Today we hold them all in high regard.

In my opinion they've led us down the wrong path. Thanks to them we have society the way it is today.

The idea of such an order, exemplified by the network of astronomers, professors, mathematicians, and natural philosophers in 16th century Europe and promoted by men such as Johannes KeplerGeorg Joachim RheticusJohn Dee and Tycho Brahe, gave rise to the Invisible College. This was a precursor to the Royal Society which was founded in 1660.

Think tank groups like the Royal Society and the Club of Rome still have the biggest influence on the world today. Their members include members on the council of the United Nations. They specialize in intrigue and depopulation regimes by instructing the rulers of our nations with novels like "Limits of Growth"; published in 1972 and is one of the biggest players in the movements behind New World Order.

The ideas implanted on society at the turn of the 16th century worked to literally change the workings of all mankind. The theories presented in the works of all the initiated men alive at this particular era, reign supreme today. All common and ancient knowledge was removed from the people and replaced with chosen works that were fitting for proper control over the population.

For us now, our knowledge of world history before the 1600s is actually mythic, and since then we've readily been told what to believe.

The real truth of our world history is an enigma.

Beating a Dead Horse

There was one piece of news on the television this morning. For over twenty minutes while eating breakfast, the same pieces of the story were being repeated over and over from a fire chief who took front row center in my living room until long after I was done with my first cup of coffee.

The same story was tweeted upon by multiple local television network news stations all day long.

It was a tragedy; a house fire in Buffalo. Two men died, woman and children in hospital. Our thoughts and prayers are with them.

That should have been it. Further news coverage should have been on other things. Instead it got dragged out far enough to position a press conference in front of an MD at the hospital of which the survivors were brought to. Dumbfounded by the army of robot penises before her, the doctor struggled with what information she was allowed to share.

Is that okay? Are we all permitted to know the personal health information on a few unwilling participants in an accident?

They’re not on our fantasy football team. Their contract doesn’t allow for public disclosure of injuries.

Is the public that concerned that it condones the actions of the press to be completely and utterly invasive of what’s left of these peoples' lives?! It’s wrong to drag out an entire day of attention towards yourself thanks to the tragedy of others.

Crap! I’m doing it right now!

Thanks for the depressing news all day long, you jackasses.

I’m going to type in my search-bar something akin to the joys brought on by a baby panda. End my day on a positive note.

Leave those poor people alone.

Netflix and Pause for Review

We’ve all been there, in the middle of enjoying a show when there are a few quick lines of banter and you look over to your partner to share a laugh, and… nothing.

They don’t get it.

Often we let this slide. We think we are just too witty ourselves, and that we shouldn’t expect everyone to catch everything, but really, we’re dying inside.

How can they not get it? Who is this person sitting next to you? Really?!

It’s understandable that diverse humor appeals towards many different aspects, and when it comes to family members or others that you may be stuck with in life, there is a lot you may want to avoid. We’ll end up laughing only to be frowned upon, especially when we’re caught laughing a bit too hard.

Maybe it’s an obscure reference, like in Family Guy. Okay, that’s understandable, but only a handful of times. If they’ve gone a full 6 seasons and still don’t know who the von Trapp family is, you better kick them to the curb.

Jokes only work when they don’t have to be explained. When you need to take a time out and pause the action, just to explain a part of a show you’re watching, it takes the fun out of it. Why watch the show?

This is why throughout history we try to share common interests with the people we surround ourselves with. It’s why social media has us make a list of likes. Unspoken bonds are what make things more meaningful. If you’ve got to take a time out to review, that relationship isn’t very rewarding.

When it comes to jokes, if you have to explain the punchline, then it’s not funny; whether or not it would be otherwise. Jokes can be hard to set up and pull off, and sometimes not everyone will understand them. While explaining the context may help, the punchline should stand out on its own. Any reference from joke-teller or audience to a previous punchline usually ruins the experience for everyone.

When it starts to happen, and your friend, family member, partner or whatever, starts to let you down by not understanding the media you are sharing, set a limit. If it happens too much, introduce all the core material that makes up the jokes and references. Watch Star Wars, the Sound of Music, Lord of the Rings, Music Man, All in the Family, The Honeymooners, etc. Re-watch whatever it takes to set the ground work for future punchlines and references. Or just give up on that person.

There’s only so much anybody can cram into their brains. If understanding quality entertainment isn’t one of them, then there’s not much life to be shared there.
